Everything we make is printed by hand, so here's how and when your order gets to you. Short version: we make it, we pack it with care, and we get it moving as fast as we can.

Made by hand — a note on timing

Everything we make is printed by hand, so here's what to expect depending on what you order.

Ready-to-make items: For our regular pieces, we typically print, finish, and ship your order within 3–5 business days. This is the same turnaround our TikTok and Etsy customers know us for.

Custom orders: Custom work has one extra step. Because custom pieces often need specific parts, materials, or supplies, we order those once your payment is received — we don't order custom supplies until the order is paid in advance. Once those parts and supplies arrive, your piece ships within 3–5 business days. We'll keep you posted along the way, and if a custom order will take longer than usual, we'll let you know up front.

Either way, once your order ships you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Where we ship

We ship across [CONFIRM: the United States]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, so you'll always see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises.

Local to Nampa? If you'd rather grab your order in person at the Nampa Farmers Market on a Saturday instead of paying for shipping, just message us before or after you order and we'll set it up. Email hello@farglesfactory.com and we'll arrange a market pickup — no shipping charge.

Shipping times

Once your order ships, delivery usually takes [CONFIRM: 2–7 business days] depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery estimates aren't guarantees — once a package is with the carrier, its journey is in their hands — but tracking will keep you posted the whole way.

If your order is a gift or you need it by a certain date, email us before ordering and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Need to change or cancel?

Because we start making orders quickly, reach out as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel — email us right away and we'll help if we're able to. Once we've started printing a piece, we may not be able to stop it, but we'll always do our best to work something out.

If it arrives damaged

We pack every order carefully, but shipping can be rough. If your package or item arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days with a quick photo (including the box) and we'll make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy for the details. That's our workmanship promise.
